A flat rate of €5.00 per item for packaging and postage is charged at checkout. Shipping is free for orders over €99.

Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively to addresses outside the European Union (third countries).

 

Due to bureaucratic hurdles, shipping via this online shop is disabled within the entire EU (including Austria). Personal pick-up in Vienna is only available by appointment.

Delivery Times

From production to delivery at your doorstep, it usually takes only 4–7 business days. Only knitwear requires an average of 14 days for delivery.

Local Production & Sustainability

Each product is handmade or manufactured in a workshop near you only after your order is placed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and guarantee short transport routes. We have dedicated production sites in:

• North America (USA, Mexico, Canada)

• Australia, Brazil, China, and Japan

• Europe (for deliveries to non-EU countries such as Switzerland or the UK)

Prices, Customs & Taxes

• Prices: All prices are final prices in Euro (EUR). Since delivery takes place exclusively to third countries, no Austrian VAT is charged (tax-free export).

• Customs/Import: If production takes place in the same economic area as the delivery address, no customs duties generally apply. Should a delivery nevertheless occur across international borders, any import taxes or customs duties are to be borne by the buyer.
